The garage pool house came out great. Thanks for accommodating our wishes & ideas. A vehicle is yet to be in the inside but John will come to realize this is what a garage is for. Hopefully by Winter! I haven't seen the fence that originated this idea of a poolhouse which grew into a garage, then into a carport. Thanks for the care package. Last year we had the misfortune of discovering a large hole in our slate roof. We contracted with C.M. Chartier Contracting to replace the entire roof. Christof Chartier and his crew did a fantastic job at removing our 100 year old roof and replacing it with a brand new one. He even worked with us to divide the sections of our roof into two jobs to make it more affordable. The cost was very reasonable, and the work was completed on time and on budget. Needless to say, this year we had to have my chimney re-lined and we again called C.M. Chartier. James Scheurer performed the work and we are convinced that the team over at C.M. Chartier Contracting are the best in the business. They are very professional at the job site. We have a very old home in Templeton, MA. Needless to say, it needs repairs. We had C.M. Chartier Contracting installed new windows much to our satisfaction. Following this, we had the house painted and some badly needed carpentry repairs done, mostly by his technician Jim Scheurer. This work was done on time, under budget and of the highest possible caliber workmanship.

I had two roofs re-covered with rubber. One on my house addition and one on my garage. The crew of C.M. Chartier did an excellent job in a remarkably short time (two days). After meeting Christof in a community setting, and getting along with him, I contacted Christof to come give us a quote on helping us redo our kitchen. Christof gave us a very good quote, understood our vision for the kitchen. He and his team were always on time, courteous, kind, nice and happy.
