After a fire claimed their home, C.M. Chartier contracting was brought in to rebuild this family's home.

The house had completely burned to the ground. The team at C.M. Chartier brought the home down to its footprint. They set out to rebuild this home from scratch with updated plans and a zeal for detail.

We started by ensuring the foundation was sound and pouring new concrete to extend the footprint. We then set to work framing the floors, walls and finally the roof. At the same time we attached new plywood shell and the appropriate rain barriers on the outer perimeter and the roof. Our next steps will be to shingle the extensive roof and insert new windows and doors.
